About Rogo
Rogo is working to reshape global finance by equipping professionals at leading investment banks, private equity firms, and investment management organizations with AI that improves speed, precision, and insight. The company is building more than better workflows; it is creating a new standard for how financial work gets done.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth company that is changing a major industry. With a growing international customer base, strong product-market fit, and support from top-tier investors, Rogo is scaling rapidly and helping define a new category of enterprise AI.
The team is highly driven, focused on ownership, and committed to serving users. If you enjoy a fast-moving environment, hold a high bar for quality, and want to help shape the future of finance, this role offers that chance.
Role Overview
Analytics at Rogo helps the company understand its product, customers, and business. As an Analytics Engineer, you will serve as a key data partner across Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering. Your work will include building pipelines, data models, and dashboards that turn raw information into practical business decisions.
This is a broad, cross-functional position rather than a narrowly defined one. You will work across the full data environment, including third-party vendor datasets, customer usage reporting, and go-to-market analytics. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of how the business operates and the ability to anticipate information needs before they are explicitly raised.
Rogo is seeking someone with a full-stack approach, sharp business judgment, and enthusiasm for using AI to modernize analytics work. The goal is to help define what strong modern analytics looks like at a frontier AI company.
What You’ll Do
- Create, support, and expand data pipelines and dbt models that convert raw inputs into dependable datasets used across the organization.
- Own the reporting layer for major business areas by developing dashboards and internal tools that give teams the visibility they need to act.
- Build deep expertise in Rogo’s data model and become a reliable source of answers for stakeholders interpreting the data.
- Work alongside engineering and the data PM to manage third-party financial data vendor relationships, including providers such as LSEG, FactSet, and Pitchbook.
- Support GTM analytics by creating the data foundation for account health, pipeline reporting, and customer activity tracking, complementing a strong RevOps function.
- Develop customer-facing analytics and usage reporting that helps enterprise clients understand product usage, adoption, and ROI.
- Partner with Finance on the data infrastructure behind FP&A, unit economics, and board reporting, while keeping metrics consistent, trustworthy, and clearly documented.
- Help maintain a high standard for data quality, testing, and documentation across the analytics codebase.
What You Need
- Four to eight years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and tune complex queries, plus familiarity with a modern cloud warehouse such as Snowflake.
- Practical experience with dbt, including models, tests, macros, and building a well-organized transformation layer.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports that are genuinely useful for non-technical audiences, using tools such as Sigma, Looker, Hex, or similar platforms.
- A full-stack mindset that carries problems through to completion rather than stopping at the edge of your role.
- Business-oriented thinking, with the ability to connect analytics work to decision-making and outcomes.
- Comfort working across several stakeholders and subject areas with minimal direction.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to third-party financial or B2B data vendors such as LSEG, FactSet, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar providers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and GTM data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Python for transformation or analytical tasks.
- Experience in financial services, enterprise SaaS, or vertical AI.
- Prior experience building analytics in an early-stage startup environment.
Who You Are
- You do well in intense, fast-moving settings and are genuinely excited by startup life.
- You are ambitious and enjoy tackling difficult problems that others may consider out of reach.
- You are naturally curious and like learning about AI, technology, and finance.
- You take ownership, work independently, and stay comfortable when things are ambiguous.
- You are a collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind teammate.
Why Join Rogo
- The company is already seeing strong adoption from leading financial institutions, while still being early in its journey.
- You will work with a highly capable team in AI and finance, with a strong emphasis on talent density.
- The role tackles a highly ambitious and technically challenging problem: bringing AI into the core of Wall Street operations.
- You will have meaningful ownership and see your work used by sophisticated enterprise customers.
- The team works at the edge of what leading models can do and turns that capability into trusted products.
