Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will connect with prospects using email, LinkedIn, and similar channels to secure qualified meetings for the sales team. The role focuses on pipeline creation, target achievement, and maintaining accurate CRM records so follow-up can happen smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms to book qualified appointments.
- Work toward and exceed appointment-setting targets in order to qualify for performance-based rewards.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and well-structured CRM records to support efficient sales follow-up and client servicing.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates and appointment outcomes.
Requirements
- Access to a computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor or an equivalent configuration.
- Stable internet service with a minimum speed of 30 MBPS.
- A spare device and backup internet connection to avoid interruptions during work.
- Excellent communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capability to work with minimal supervision.
