Assistant General Manager

Role overview

Wendy’s is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the restaurant with a strong focus on service quality, team development, operational consistency, and financial performance. In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to strengthen customer experience, support staff training, improve sales and profitability, and keep the team accountable to brand expectations. The position also calls for someone who can help maintain an energetic, welcoming workplace while living the company’s values every day.

Work expectations

• Be prepared to stay on your feet and remain active for most or all of the shift.
• Operate common restaurant tools and systems such as headsets, grills, registers, and computers.
• Follow brand standards to produce quality food, deliver great service, and keep the restaurant clean and well maintained.
• Have dependable transportation to reach your assigned store and other business locations when needed.

Compensation and benefits

This position pays $18.65 to $24.88 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, an HSA, a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid time off, and free meals during shifts.
