Circle K is recruiting a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its site on N7 Naas Rd, Boherphilip, Kill, Co. Kildare, W91 TP38, Ireland.

Working arrangement

• This position is based on a 40-hour weekly agreement spread across 5 days each week.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of experience in retail management.
• A consistent history of achieving strong results.
• Ability to guide a team and maintain high customer service standards.
• Motivated to meet and exceed targets with a strong sense of urgency.
• Takes responsibility for personal performance and outcomes.
• Willingness to take on more responsibility and develop further.
• Comfortable using IT systems.
• Strong leadership capability.

Key duties

You will work in a fast-moving, target-focused retail setting where safety, teamwork, and service are central. Day-to-day, you will help lead the store, use your initiative, and support the business in delivering its values. Typical duties include store oversight, team development, customer service, merchandising, food and coffee preparation, store cleaning, and assisting the fuel card sales process.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the store and help make the customer and team experience straightforward and efficient.
• Coach, train, and supervise team members.
• Promote an excellent in-store customer experience.
• Carry out merchandising tasks.
• Prepare food items and K coffee.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store.
• Support the generation of sales leads for the fuel card team.
