Assistant Store Manager

Role overview

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its Forrest Chase store in Forrest, Western Australia. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and is suited to someone who brings solid retail leadership experience, strong service orientation, and a genuine interest in fashion and retail performance.

What you will be doing

• Work alongside the Store Manager to shape store strategies, sales initiatives, and growth across all product categories.
• Monitor store results and help ensure daily sales and performance targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of both new and existing team members.
• Maintain a strong standard of visual merchandising and keep stock control processes running smoothly.
• Oversee and carry out opening and closing routines for the store.
• Lead by example, assign tasks effectively, and make sure the team completes all required store duties.
• Address customer concerns quickly and professionally in line with company policy and customer satisfaction goals.
• Partner with the Store Manager on escalated customer issues.
