About the role

This opportunity is with a long-running barbershop brand in Denmark known for valuing both the craft and the workplace culture. Multiple openings are available across different locations in Denmark, and the role is intended to begin as soon as possible.

What you'll do

You will create professional, high-quality haircuts in a relaxed but professional setting using both scissors and clippers. The position is not limited to technical work alone; it also offers a lifestyle-oriented team atmosphere with time spent together beyond the salon.

Experience and profile needed

The client is seeking an experienced barber with 3 to 5 years of hands-on work, strong ability with both scissors and machine work, good English communication skills, and a European passport.

Pay and earnings

Total income is influenced by your experience, base pay, and sales of products. Earnings rise with the value you add, and compensation is reviewed every six months.

Relocation support

Flight expenses to Denmark are covered, and accommodation is arranged at favorable rates close to the workplace.

Growth and training

The company offers a clear progression path from barber to store manager, with the possibility of becoming a part-owner of a store. In-house training and education are available from the first day.
