About the Location

The Red Sea is set to become one of the region’s leading luxury beach destinations, stretching across 200 km of coastline on Saudi Arabia’s western shore between Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be on Shura Island, the centerpiece of the development, with a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle offerings, retail spaces, an 18-hole golf course, and more.

The destination is being developed with sustainability at its core, supported by marine spatial planning to reduce environmental impact and prevent over-tourism while still offering guests a high-end travel and lifestyle experience. Renewable energy will play a major role, and only a limited part of the islands will be developed, with large conservation zones protected.

The resort will feature about 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted sea views. It will also include six restaurant and lounge venues, meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery center, a Kids for All Seasons area, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults.

Job Summary

The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages while providing high-quality guest service. The role calls for solid product knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to help create a lively, welcoming bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Engage with guests, take beverage orders, and suggest suitable drink options.
• Keep the bar area tidy, organized, and fully maintained throughout service.
• Verify guest age or identification where required and practice responsible alcohol service.
• Track stock usage and support inventory control activities.
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures consistently.
• Work closely with service teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Help ensure guests have a positive, lively, and memorable experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a bartender is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar tools/equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working efficiently in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability.
• Professional grooming and an energetic, approachable personality.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time role with rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
