About the Role
This position is focused on driving volume growth, expanding market share, and strengthening competitiveness by delivering market-responsive, differentiated service within clearly defined customer segments. Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned sales targets across the designated territory.
- Oversee distributors in the allocated area, including ordering, payments, and redistribution activities.
- Make sure the company’s products are consistently stocked in customers’ and retail outlets with the full range available where required.
- Ensure chillers are positioned correctly in high-performing outlets and are used only for company products in the assigned sector.
- Track and verify recommended product pricing at sales outlets.
- Keep a close watch on competitor activity and market moves.
Requirements
- A three-year degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the FMCG sector.
- A valid, clean Code 8 driver’s licence is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills, including practical use of Microsoft Office, are needed.
- Good knowledge of the local area is essential.
- Strong administrative capability is expected.
