Role Overview

Urban City Partners is seeking a polished, articulate, and commercially minded Business Development Executive to strengthen its expanding advisory practice.

The firm advises entrepreneurs, private clients, family offices, and international companies on market entry, mergers and acquisitions, property-related opportunities, residency routes, and cross-border expansion in the UAE, Portugal, and Poland.

The position calls for someone who can nurture trust-based relationships, spot commercial opportunities, handle client discussions, and present the brand with professionalism in high-value networking and advisory settings.

Key Responsibilities

Source and pursue new business prospects across relevant markets and client segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and private clients.
Contribute to conversations around market entry and cross-border advisory solutions.
Arrange meetings, manage follow-ups, and keep client communication moving smoothly.
Support strategic alliances and referral-based business growth.
Update CRM entries and monitor business development progress and activity.
Represent Urban City Partners professionally in networking events and client-facing interactions.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate has prior business development experience in advisory, real estate, banking, consulting, or other professional services. They should be confident, presentable, commercially aware, and comfortable engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs, and senior decision-makers.

A solid grasp of the UAE business environment is important, along with genuine interest in international markets, acquisitions, property, and residency advisory. The role also suits someone who is self-driven, organised, and motivated by targets.
