Role overview
AutoRaise is recruiting 2 to 3 Business Development Representatives for a warm inbound sales role in Canada. This position focuses on closing leads that arrive through Meta ad lead forms and an established funnel, so there is no cold prospecting involved. The offer is already generating mid five-figure monthly revenue and is being scaled further.
What you’ll do
The main responsibility is to convert inbound calls into sales for two offer types: a one-time entry product and recurring subscription plans.
Ramp-up and performance expectations
New hires begin with a 2-week onboarding period. The first milestone is to secure 5 closed sales within those 2 weeks. After reaching that target, reps move onto the core sales team and gain access to more leads, larger calendars for booking appointments, priority opportunities, and a stronger earning ceiling. The process is designed to identify top performers quickly and grow them into full earning capacity.
Compensation structure
Pay is commission-based and varies by deal type:
- For the $250 product, the payout is a flat $125 for each closed sale.
- For the $1,000/month subscription, commission is 25%, which equals $250 per month. With an average customer lifespan of 4 months, that works out to $1,000 per deal.
- For the $2,000/month subscription, commission is 25%, which equals $500 per month. Over an average 4-month customer lifespan, that totals $2,000 per deal.
Earning potential
Estimated monthly earnings are based on approximately one $250 close per working day, which is about $2,750 per month, along with 1 to 2 recurring subscription deals per week. Projected outcomes include:
- Conservative scenario: around $6,750/month with 4 recurring deals from the $1,000 tier.
- Target scenario: around $11,750/month with 6 blended recurring deals.
- Strong scenario: around $18,750/month with 8 recurring deals from the $2,000 tier.
With recurring revenue included, expected on-target earnings after 4 months are approximately $15,000.
