Everyman Cardiff is seeking chefs at all levels, including chefs, cooks, and chef de partie, to strengthen the kitchen team. The role is centered on delivering the consistent, high-quality food experience the brand is known for.

What the role involves

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will help make sure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the required standard. The menu includes burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates, so attention to quality and consistency is essential.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings energy, personality, and a genuine interest in food, hospitality, and customer service. You should be comfortable working both with a team and on your own, and be ready to bring a positive, hardworking, and flexible approach.

Experience in a kitchen setting as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie, or Cook is preferred, though enthusiasm and the right attitude are highly valued.
