Chief Executive Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced strategic advisor to partner with the CEO and executive team on major business priorities. This role is focused on shaping corporate direction, supporting organizational growth, improving operational performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and helping guide executive decisions.

The right person will bring senior leadership experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to turn complex issues into practical recommendations that leadership can act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the CEO and senior leadership on strategic direction, business priorities, and long-term growth plans.
• Contribute to the creation, review, and implementation of corporate strategy.
• Offer independent insight on important decisions, including market opportunities, partnerships, investments, and operational enhancements.
• Spot business risks, performance shortfalls, and new growth avenues across the company.
• Help prepare executive summaries, board-ready materials, strategic reports, and decision frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align goals, resources, and execution.
• Support leadership development, change initiatives, and broader organizational transformation efforts.
• Act on behalf of the CEO or executive office in selected internal or external conversations when needed.
• Track industry shifts, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the business.
• Handle executive, financial, strategic, and organizational information with complete confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in executive leadership, consulting, corporate strategy, investment, operations, or advisory functions.
• Demonstrated history of advising CEOs, founders, boards, or senior executive teams.
• Strong grasp of strategy, financial analysis, organizational structure, and market growth.
• Excellent analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making.
• Strong communication skills for reports, presentations, and board-level discussions.
• Comfort handling sensitive information and making well-judged recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related area; MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred.
• Preferred: exposure to the relevant industry/sector.
• Preferred: prior experience as a CEO, COO, Chief of Staff, Strategy Director, Partner, Principal, or Executive Consultant.
• Preferred: experience with fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, global expansion, or corporate restructuring.
• Preferred: relationships across investors, partners, regulators, or industry leaders.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth, multinational, or transformation-focused organizations.

This position requires a high level of discretion and professionalism. The advisor will be expected to contribute at a senior level across strategy, execution, and executive communication while maintaining strict confidentiality.
