Role overview
The position centers on preparing estimates for civil engineering projects and supporting the commercial side of tendering and award processes. The role is based on-site in Witten and is intended as a full-time position, though part-time arrangements are also possible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for civil engineering projects for both public-sector and private clients.
- Handle price enquiries and compare quotations.
- Take part in negotiations, contract awards, and billing / settlement processes.
- Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in estimating and preparing bids or quotations.
