Role Overview
The organization has an immediate need for a Class 3 Roll Off Driver in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This position is centered on waste and recycling collection for a variety of business customers, with safe transport of material to approved recycling sites or landfills. The work can be physically demanding, including pulling certain bins out of enclosures and loading them onto the truck.
In addition to the primary route work, the selected driver will receive training across other business lines so they can provide coverage when needed and build experience operating different types of trucks.
What You Will Do
- Collect waste and recycling from business locations on assigned routes.
- Move containers from enclosures to the truck when required.
- Transport collected material safely to designated landfills or recycling facilities.
- Support coverage needs by learning and assisting in other lines of business.
- Operate company vehicles in line with safety and compliance expectations.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class 3F or Class 3A licence.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Bring at least 2 years of local route driving experience.
- Be able to satisfy all pre-employment screening requirements.
- Comfort with physically demanding work is important for this role.

Schedule
The workweek runs Tuesday through Saturday, with shifts starting sometime between 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
