Main duties
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to keep areas tidy.
- Dust furniture and other surfaces as needed.
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Clean and disinfect elevators.
- Collect, track, and report lost-and-found items.
- Share basic information about the facility with customers or visitors.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Safety and screening
- Must be bondable.
- Criminal record check is required.
Transportation
- Own transportation is necessary.
Working conditions and physical demands
- Fast-paced work environment.
- Physically demanding tasks.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Extended periods of standing.
