Role overview
This is a permanent, full-time cleaning position offering 39 hours per week. The salary is £27,277 per year (FTE). The post is field-based and involves mobile cleaning work across Merseyside and the wider North West area, covering Regenda properties and sites.
You will be working with a small, close-knit team of operatives, making this a good fit for someone who enjoys collaborative work and wants to build or develop experience in this area.
What you’ll be doing
- Following and keeping the cleaning rota on track.
- Carrying out gutter and bin cleaning tasks.
- Responding to customer and client requests as needed.
- Managing stock levels by placing orders and monitoring supplies.
- Keeping clear communication with office colleagues, managers, customers and other internal teams.
- Taking part in training and briefing sessions focused on health and safety and related procedures.
- Supporting the wider aim of becoming the preferred contractor by delivering strong service to customers and working well with partners.
- Working in line with the Group’s health and safety policies at all times.
What the role needs
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Experience of providing cleaning services in line with client expectations is important.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for dealing with queries and liaising with office staff and managers.
- You should understand relevant health and safety standards and considerations.
- The role calls for an organised, methodical approach to prioritising work so deadlines are met.
- You must be dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Working arrangements
This is a permanent role based on site, with mobile work across Merseyside and the North West.
