Role Overview

This position is for a specialist podcast clip editor who understands short-form content deeply and can identify the strongest moments in long-form episodes. The ideal person can quickly recognise what has viral potential, shape it into engaging clips, and refine the final output so it performs well across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

You will review full episodes, isolate the most compelling segments, and turn them into high-retention clips designed for growth. The role also involves polishing clips with premium captions, motion, and pacing, adapting content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, staying current with platform trends, and delivering work on time without sacrificing quality.

What Success Looks Like

The right candidate already has evidence of clips that have driven real results such as views, shares, and follower growth. Strong judgment around clip selection, sequencing, and animation is essential, along with a clear understanding of why content performs on social media. You should be independent, quality-focused, fast-moving, and able to work without much direction.
