About the opportunity
We are hiring a motivated Cloud Engineer to join a growing team in an entry-level, remote setup. This position is suited to recent graduates and early-career professionals who want practical exposure to cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, and modern deployment workflows while working from anywhere in Australia.
What you'll do
- Support the setup, configuration, deployment, and upkeep of cloud-hosted infrastructure.
- Keep an eye on cloud systems to help maintain performance, stability, and security.
- Contribute to cloud migration and implementation efforts.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related technical issues.
- Help with updates, backups, and disaster recovery activities.
- Work alongside development and IT teams to support day-to-day cloud operations.
- Record cloud setups, operating procedures, and technical resolutions clearly.
- Apply cloud security practices and follow relevant compliance expectations.

Qualifications

- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform will be considered an added advantage.
- Understanding of Linux, virtualization, scripting, or DevOps ideas is beneficial.
- Cloud credentials such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader are highly valued.
