Role Overview
The Unified Communications Analyst is responsible for hands-on support of more than 5,600 mobile devices across the organization. The role covers device setup, user onboarding, troubleshooting, mobile device management administration, and preparing device shipments to MLH facilities. The position also supports Microsoft Teams and follows the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values in day-to-day conduct.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for mobile device management needs across departments and end users.
- Place mobile device orders whenever required.
- Build and update MDM policies and device settings to match application needs.
- Set up new devices and replace existing ones as needed.
- Handle support requests related to Microsoft Teams, including new user or new request setups.
- Complete shipping labels and process shipment requests for devices going to MLH facilities.
- Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- An associate degree in IT or a closely related information technology field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with mobile device configuration.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort following defined procedures and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Administrative support capability, including order handling and ticketing system use.
- Working knowledge of mobile hardware and device operation.
- Clear communication skills for support through phone, email, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area.
