Role overview
This remote hourly contract role is for a Social and Community Service Manager who will help shape AI training with practical industry knowledge. The work is based in the United Kingdom and typically requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is set at $50 to $100 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Bring deep expertise in social and community service management to support AI training efforts.
- Review case studies and realistic scenarios to help guide how AI systems respond.
- Work with teams across functions to embed domain knowledge into AI models.
- Assess AI-produced outputs and suggest changes to improve correctness and usefulness.
- Create believable workflows, decision paths, and intervention approaches.

- Share observations and recommendations clearly through written materials and discussions.
