About the Role
As a Concierge, you will serve as the point of contact for personalised luxury service and help shape distinctive guest experiences. The role is focused on turning requests into smooth, tailored arrangements that reflect the standards of Four Seasons hospitality. It calls for intuition, creativity, and a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Foresee guest needs and tailor experiences by managing a broad range of requests, from restaurant bookings to custom arrangements.
- Provide informed recommendations about the destination, including notable attractions, exclusive experiences, and local happenings.
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver guest requests accurately and on time.
- Communicate with guests in a polished, prompt, and friendly manner across all interactions.
- Resolve unusual or challenging requests with resourcefulness and ensure proper follow-through until completion.
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and service quality in every guest interaction.
Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm for hospitality and for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a warm and approachable manner.
- Ability to anticipate issues, solve problems creatively, and stay calm in demanding situations.
- Good organisational ability and the capacity to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- A diploma in hospitality or a related area is preferred; experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Opera or a similar hotel system is beneficial.
- This opportunity is limited to Singapore citizens due to work visa restrictions.
- The role requires flexibility to work weekends and festive/public holidays.
