More than 2,100 companies around the world already use the product, and the company has continued to expand after joining Y Combinator.

The team is looking for a creator who will do more than handle posting schedules. This person will become a visible face of the brand and help translate everyday startup moments, customer stories, sales challenges, product launches, and AI trends into short-form content that people genuinely want to watch.

The Role

This is a full-time remote position. The main objective is to create compelling content rather than simply manage social media. The company wants to build a highly recognizable presence in AI, sales, and GTM, with a content style inspired by fast-moving, entertaining short-form formats.

You will appear on camera regularly and become closely associated with the GojiberryAI identity.

What You'll Do

You will develop and share short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X. The work involves turning real internal situations into engaging stories, building repeatable characters and formats, producing sketch-based videos about sales, startups, remote work, prospecting, AI, and workplace culture, and working closely with the founders to convert ideas into finished content.

You will also try new formats regularly, keep an eye on performance data, and use those insights to improve future posts. A key part of the role is helping position GojiberryAI as one of the most recognizable brands in the AI space.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is confident on camera, enjoys entertaining audiences, understands internet culture, and knows how to capture attention quickly. The right person will be naturally creative, curious, self-driven, and able to tell stories in a way that connects with viewers.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual-level English is required
• Strong on-camera communication skills
• Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn
• Solid grasp of short-form storytelling
• Ability to record content independently
• Strong writing and narrative skills
• Comfort performing in sketches and roleplay-style videos
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Strong bias toward execution and fast iteration

Bonus Points

• Experience growing a social media following
• Experience with founder-led content
• Background in creating viral short-form videos
• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Startup experience
• Basic editing ability using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript, or similar tools
