Role Overview
This position focuses on keeping customer and product contract records accurate across the company’s internal systems. The role works closely with teams such as Purchasing, Customer Service, Credit, and Information Systems, as well as Multi-Unit Account Executives, customers, and vendors. A major part of the job involves supporting Department of Defense military food contracts. The person in this role is expected to operate as a collaborative team member and take on additional duties as needed to help the business run effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up new vendors and items in the system, and maintain item substitution records.
- Handle military contract-related tasks such as aged inventory, margin protection, rebate submissions, and requests for new items.
- Maintain vendor records and compliance documentation, including vendor billback tracking.
- Manage pricing contract updates, along with price checks and verification.
- Keep customer product documentation current and notify the warehouse about product additions, changes, and removals.
- Support customer purchasing reviews and maintain customer surcharge records.
- Create and maintain order guides.
- Assist with promotions, menu updates, and the handling of slow-moving or dead inventory.
- Track earned income.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Background
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. The role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in customer pricing, contracts, products, purchasing, and/or accounting.
Additional Information
This position includes responsibility for the full range of Department of Defense military food contract activities. The role may involve coordination across multiple internal departments and external partners to maintain contract accuracy and compliance.
