Cost Controller (w/m/d)

Overview

We are hiring a Cost Controller (w/m/d) to support well-known clients across Germany, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of budget planning, cost monitoring, and forecasting for turnaround projects.
• Maintain and reconcile financial and project-related data in SAP and Ecosys.
• Prepare accruals and ensure that service entries, goods receipts, and invoices are processed without delay.
• Manage scope changes and support change management together with the relevant project stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks for external and temporary workers, including time tracking, IT access coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping, archiving, and financial project closure in line with internal policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or project management.
• Hands-on experience in cost controlling and the administrative coordination of projects, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and, ideally, experience with Ecosys or similar project planning and management tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative approach across different departments.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Additional Information

This role is based in Germany and is a full-time, on-site position. It is intended for immediate hiring.
