Role overview
Crypto.com is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support its Growth Creative team. In this role, you will coordinate complex creative work across multiple media formats, helping raise the overall quality of growth-focused output. The position covers project management for acquisition advertising, CRM initiatives, and product launch campaigns, and the team operates in a remote-friendly environment.
What you will do
- Own creative projects from concept development through final delivery, making sure deadlines are met and the output meets quality expectations.
- Build and manage project schedules, while setting clear targets and expectations for everyone involved.
- Work with channel managers to shape the creative review and analysis workflow and ensure KPI alignment.
- Partner with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams so the work supports broader business objectives.
- Set up tracking and reporting processes that help the team work more efficiently.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, keeping a strong and reliable roster and handling day-to-day communication.
- Act as the central control point for creative resources, ensuring they are allocated effectively.
- Keep project files, records, and documentation organized and up to date.
- Collaborate with teams across different global time zones whenever needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, business, or another relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or closely related work.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once, manage timelines, and deliver against deadlines and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with experience working across creative teams, growth stakeholders, and agencies.
- A data-oriented approach, including the ability to review campaign performance, use insights, run A/B tests, and improve creative decisions.
- Solid understanding of creative strategy and production workflows, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
- Comfort with agile ways of working and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities or deadlines change.
- Strong organizational habits, close attention to detail, and a results-focused mindset.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Airtable for task assignment, resource planning, and timely delivery.
- Bonus value if you know AI tools, prediction-related work, fintech, crypto, or NFT environments.
- Working familiarity with common design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related software is preferred.
- Digital advertising knowledge is an advantage, especially across Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including targeting, formats, and optimization.
