About the Role

Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for an open-minded, energetic team member to join the MOXY concept in Kelsterbach. The role suits someone who enjoys working with international guests, brings personality to guest interactions, and is comfortable in a lively, unconventional hotel environment where the front desk and bar operate as one versatile team.

MOXY is built around a lounge-style atmosphere with spaces for relaxing, eating and drinking, playing, socializing, and even working. This position is ideal for someone who likes variety, fast-paced service, and a workplace where attitude and character matter more than formal dress codes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests from around the world in a friendly, lively way.
• Support both front office and bar service, and keep developing hospitality skills across multiple functions.
• Adapt to a modern, non-traditional hotel setup with straightforward workflows.
• Take responsibility for cash handling and register management.
• Carry out end-of-day closings in Opera and Micros.
• Complete preparatory accounting and related administrative tasks carefully and accurately.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks while following hygiene standards and keeping the atmosphere fun.

Requirements

• You should have a distinct personality and be comfortable standing out.
• Be able to handle administrative duties at the front office and bar independently and confidently.
• Enjoy being a host, bartender, and entertainer for every guest in your own style.
• Be willing to learn anything you do not yet know; training is provided in the MOXY style.
• Bring motivation, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for new challenges.
• Be open to flexible working hours, including early shifts, late shifts, and night shifts.
• Have some strength in front office or bar service and the willingness to broaden your hotel knowledge in all areas.
• Be comfortable with a fresh, unconventional hotel concept and simple operational processes.
• Speak German and English well; additional languages are a plus.

Additional Information

This role is based in Kelsterbach, Hesse, Germany and follows a full-time, onsite work arrangement. The work style is informal and energetic, and the position combines guest service, operational support, and bar responsibilities in one cross-functional role.
