About the Role
Sharik is a Saudi-based operator of coworking spaces and business communities, and this role is central to shaping the experience customers have every day. The Customer Experience Manager will lead the customer experience function, strengthen satisfaction and loyalty, and help turn the customer journey into a durable business advantage.
Role Purpose
This position exists to improve the customer journey end to end, create a consistent service experience across all touchpoints, and ensure customers receive a high-quality and reliable experience at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Create and roll out customer experience plans that support the company’s wider goals.
- Map the customer journey, identify friction points, and drive practical improvements.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in an efficient and professional manner.
- Build customer experience standards and processes, then monitor adherence to them.
- Manage CRM tools, review customer data, and translate insights into action.
- Work closely with teams across the business to deliver a smooth and connected customer experience.
- Improve the customer experience across workspaces and related services.
- Prepare periodic reports and share recommendations and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior exposure to real estate, coworking environments, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management practices.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent reporting and presentation abilities.
