Role Overview
This position is for a Customer Service Executive in an international voice process. The job is based in Pune, India and involves handling customer interactions for overseas clients.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound and outbound calls from international customers and manage queries professionally.
Experience and Shift Details
Candidates should have 1 year of experience, with international experience preferred. The role requires graduation as a mandatory qualification and involves rotational shifts, including 24/7 coverage.
