Job Overview
Policybazaar is hiring customer-focused professionals for its Customer Service team in Gurugram. The role involves speaking with customers, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and helping maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an on-site position in Gurugram, Haryana.
Work Details
Location: Gurugram, Haryana only (on-site)
Working days: 6 days a week with rostered off days
Joining preference: Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: INR 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA plus incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming and outgoing calls to address customer questions and concerns.
- Share correct information about insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status updates.
- Forward unresolved issues to the right internal team and follow up until closure.
- Keep customer details current by updating records in the CRM system.
- Deliver a professional, helpful customer experience and support issue resolution.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the team leader.
Required Skills and Profile
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer issues calmly, politely, and efficiently.
- Working knowledge of computers, MS Office, and email.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with upset or difficult customers.
- Experience in customer support is preferred.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Graduation is mandatory.
