Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

We are seeking an entry-level Data Insights Analyst to help turn raw information into clear, useful insights that guide business decisions, strengthen operational results, and support growth. What you will do

• Gather data from different sources, then clean, verify, and analyze it.
• Create and update reports, dashboards, and visual summaries.
• Track key performance indicators and spot trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations for business and operations teams.
• Prepare scheduled and on-demand reports for managers and other stakeholders.
• Keep reporting data accurate, consistent, and reliable across systems.
• Partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and objectives.
• Communicate insights and recommendations in a concise, easy-to-understand way.
• Contribute to process improvements through data-backed analysis.
• Stay informed about analytics tools, reporting platforms, and current best practices in the field.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or another related discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of SQL and how databases work.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools is helpful.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and basic statistical ideas.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on your own as well as with a team.
• Internship exposure, academic data projects, or related experience is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
