Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager

Role overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring a Delivery Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects within the Qiddiya development in Riyadh. The position is centered on safe, timely, and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining strong quality outcomes. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep construction activities moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and direct construction delivery work so it stays aligned with schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Monitor construction agreements and work with contractors to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Create and apply construction methods, risk controls, and practical solutions to support efficient project execution.
• Conduct routine site visits, hold progress reviews, and prepare status updates to identify and manage any deviations early.
• Partner with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure a smooth handoff between design and delivery phases.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including reporting to senior leadership and engaging external partners as needed.
• Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental practices on site to support a secure working environment.
• Look for ways to improve delivery processes and introduce innovation in construction execution.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 7 to 10 years of experience in construction project management, ideally on large and complex developments.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, contract administration, and core project management concepts.
• Demonstrated success in handling multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Well-developed organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Comfort using construction management platforms and project management software.
• Prior experience in the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
• PMP certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
• Proven record of completing projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
