About MealSuite

MealSuite creates comprehensive foodservice software for healthcare and senior living providers. The company’s goal is to help care teams improve dining experiences while reducing effort, and the work focuses on problems that directly affect patient and resident care.

About the Role

The Director, Integration Services is a senior leadership position that sits at the crossroads of technical execution, cross-team planning, and go-to-market support. Reporting to the VP, Customer Experience, this leader will run MealSuite’s integration function from end to end, guide a team, work closely with Engineering and delivery teams, and connect Revenue, CX, and the wider technology organization. The role is designed to expand into broader strategic ownership within CX as the company’s integration presence grows.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the integration team, shape integration strategy for the market, align internal stakeholders, partner with Engineering on technical execution, manage partner relationships, and establish scalable operating standards.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Integration Specialists and a Program Manager, with clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.
  • Increase team capacity so it can support a growing integration portfolio across long-term care, assisted living, and acute care settings.
  • Create a culture built on technical quality, ownership, and customer focus.
  • Set career growth plans and succession paths for team members.
  • Own the integrations go-to-market approach, including positioning, messaging, and sales support.
  • Act as the main integrations expert in prospect meetings, RFPs, industry forums, and partner conversations.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to create collateral such as solution summaries, competitor comparisons, and objection-handling resources.
  • Partner with Revenue leaders to include integration strategy in sales motions, partner programs, and expansion plans.
  • Use AI tools to support messaging and go-to-market workflows.
  • Connect Engineering, CX support, implementation, CSM, CX Ops, and Revenue to keep the full integration lifecycle aligned.
  • Track the integration pipeline and escalate risks or gaps before they become problems.
  • Contribute integration insights to customer QBRs, strategic account reviews, and executive discussions.
  • Turn field and CX feedback into product and engineering roadmap input.
  • Serve as the business-side lead with Engineering so priorities are clearly defined, resourced, and delivered.
  • Convert customer and market needs into technical briefs, scope documents, and acceptance criteria.
  • Run recurring cross-functional meetings to review pipelines, remove blockers, and align on delivery schedules.
  • Represent customer and field needs in technical design sessions so solutions can be implemented and supported effectively after launch.
  • Work with Engineering to assess AI tools that improve integration delivery speed and data monitoring.
  • Manage delivery of new EMR partnerships and data-provider integrations across all MealSuite segments.
  • Oversee relationships with EMR vendors, HL7/API partners, and third-party data providers so both sides meet commitments.
  • Create and maintain documentation standards, including technical specs, onboarding materials, test plans, and go-live checklists.
  • Monitor integration health across the installed base and resolve issues early, using AI-assisted monitoring where practical.
  • Define how integrations are scoped, contracted, tested, launched, and supported through scalable governance models.
  • Build an internal knowledge base covering supported integrations, partner capabilities, known limitations, and escalation routes.
  • Create enablement programs for Implementation, CSM, and Sales teams to improve organization-wide integration knowledge.
  • Stay current on the competitive and regulatory environment, including HL7 v2 and FHIR, and adapt the strategy accordingly.
  • Promote an AI-first mindset for integration delivery and operational efficiency.
  • In the first year, evaluate the MIRTH system and look into alternatives within 0–6 months.
  • In the first year, assess the current SFTP setup and recommend alternatives within 0–6 months.
  • In the first year, help implement and maintain integration monitoring infrastructure within 0–6 months.
