MINISO USA is hiring a District Manager to oversee a cluster of stores within a defined region. This position focuses on running stores efficiently, improving sales and profitability, and building a team culture that matches the company’s values. Key responsibilities

  • Apply and enforce company policies, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Oversee the rollout of merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs across the district.
