Role Overview

This position is for a Delivery Expert/Delivery Driver who helps make, bake, and deliver pizzas during busy hours. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving team. It can work as a main job, a second source of income, or a role with room to grow into management.

Key Duties

• Deliver pizzas and other items quickly and accurately to customers.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.
• Maintain a punctual, positive attitude and handle work with urgency.
• Follow Domino’s and Team Fox appearance standards as the public face of the brand.
• Use maps and navigation skills to find addresses within the assigned delivery area.
• Travel through varied environments, including houses, multi-story buildings, and other delivery locations while carrying items.
• Answer and process phone orders efficiently to support customer satisfaction and quick service.
• Take inventory, restock ingredients from the delivery area to storage or cold holding areas, and complete required paperwork.
• Work with coworkers and independently, handle repetitive duties, and manage pressure during busy periods.
• Use basic arithmetic to handle payments and give correct change.
• Operate a computer keyboard, touchscreen, and foot-paddle when needed.

Physical and Work Conditions

• The job is mostly performed while standing, so much of the shift is spent on your feet.
• Work surfaces may include ceramic tile and some linoleum areas in food-processing spaces.
• Bulk deliveries arrive about two to three times each week and may require unloading by team members.
• Ingredients and supplies can weigh up to 50 pounds and may need to be lifted or stacked.
• Tasks may sometimes require crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
• Good hand-eye coordination is needed for handling dough, pizza tools, and folding pizza boxes.

Additional Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• You need access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• You must successfully clear a criminal background check.
• You must pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
