Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position in Ludhiana, Punjab. The role is centered on handling e-commerce product listings and keeping them accurate, persuasive, and up to date across online channels. The person in this role will review competitor activity, follow marketplace trends, and refresh offers and content to match current market conditions. They will also work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve listing quality, support conversions, and deliver a smooth online shopping experience.
Key Duties
- Manage online product listings and maintain the accuracy of titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor competitors and marketplace trends to keep offers and content aligned with the market.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve listing performance.
- Review performance reports and use insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales plans.
- Help ensure a seamless and effective customer journey on e-commerce platforms.
Required Profile
The ideal candidate should have a solid working understanding of e-commerce operations, especially managing online catalogs and marketplace listings. They should be comfortable analyzing data, tracking performance indicators, and making practical decisions based on results. Strong communication and customer service abilities are important for cross-team coordination and maintaining a positive user experience. A sales-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and good organization are also important for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in e-commerce and managing product catalogs or online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical ability to review data, monitor KPIs, and act on performance insights.
- Good communication and customer service skills for internal coordination and customer-focused work.
- Awareness of sales goals and how listings, pricing, and promotions affect revenue.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CMS tools is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related area is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is also valued.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Ludhiana and collaborate in a cross-functional team setup.
