Role Overview
This position is focused on delivering technical help to customers and internal stakeholders by investigating issues, assisting with product commissioning, and helping ensure systems operate as intended. The role also serves as a technical point of contact for warranty-related cases, project support, and maintenance of accurate engineering records.

Warranty Claims Support
- Work with senior engineers to investigate technical faults linked to warranty cases and recommend suitable corrective actions.
- Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams so warranty issues are handled quickly and effectively.
Field Commissioning Assistance
- Support on-site installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment during commissioning activities.
- Help confirm that systems align with project requirements and applicable compliance standards.
- Record commissioning-related issues and assist in resolving them through coordination with the wider team.
Project Engineering Support
- Assist project teams with technical tasks, issue resolution, and the delivery of engineering support services.
- Help prepare technical documents while maintaining accuracy and alignment with engineering standards.
Technical Documentation
- Keep clear, well-organized records of engineering work, including test outcomes, warranty actions, and commissioning logs.
- Contribute to the drafting and review of concise technical reports and supporting documentation.
Learning and Development
- Continue building knowledge through guidance from senior engineers and participation in relevant training opportunities.
- Support improvements to engineering processes and workflows under supervision.
General Responsibilities
- Strengthen both technical and soft skills as required for the role.
- Complete planned work on schedule to meet operational and development targets.
- Use time, tools, and resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and schedule expectations.
- Prepare periodic reports that outline planned work, progress, and any deviations.
- Address routine issues and escalate complex operational problems when needed.
- Follow quality requirements to support effective control processes and related specifications.
- Contribute to improvements in systems, policies, procedures, and automation opportunities.
- Adhere to applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management requirements to ensure safe and compliant work delivery.
Qualification and Experience
The required qualification is a Bachelor in Business Administration. The expected experience range is 2 to 4 years.
