Key responsibilities

• Own the analysis, solution design, and implementation of ERP systems.
• Convert business requirements into effective system-based solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to support successful delivery.
• Handle testing activities, support data migration, and assist during go-live.
• Guide analysts and contribute to the broader team’s delivery efforts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with ERP platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems is essential.
• Solid grasp of core business processes and how they map to systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with SQL and database-related work.
• Knowledge of API integrations or middleware tools.
