Role Overview
We are looking for an entry-level Customer Experience Representative who will act as the primary contact for customers. You will answer questions, address concerns, and make sure each customer receives courteous and professional support across email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Reply to customer questions through email, chat, and phone with prompt, professional communication
- Handle complaints, concerns, and service requests with care and accuracy
- Log customer interactions carefully in CRM software
- Pass along more complex issues to senior support staff or management when appropriate
- Explain products or services clearly and confidently
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and the overall experience
- Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school completion or an equivalent qualification; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing position
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Comfort working on multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Good problem-solving ability and active listening skills
Preferred Skills
- Background in customer experience or customer success work
- Ability to communicate in more than one language is an advantage
- Previous experience in remote support or online service environments
