Role overview
This part-time hybrid role is for an Entry/Junior Business Analyst based in Sydney, New South Wales, with some flexibility to work from home on selected days. The position supports the organization by turning business data into practical insights and helping improve how work is carried out.
What you will do
- Collect and review business data to support decision-making.
- Map out existing workflows and document current processes clearly.
- Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and operational performance.
- Help shape solutions that address business needs and support better outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand expectations and align on requirements.
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal use.
- Make sure business requirements are captured accurately and fully addressed.
What we are looking for
- Strong analytical ability to assess information and convert it into useful insights.
- Experience or familiarity with business analysis and business process definition.
- Capability to gather, record, and evaluate business requirements.
- Good communication skills for working with teams across functions and with stakeholders.
- Exposure to business analysis tools or platforms is an added advantage.
- Well-developed organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related subject is preferred.
