Its professional 6v6 leagues in the UK and USA bring together top-level players, creators, and supporters to build a football community that makes every matchday feel like a major cultural event. Role Overview
The Event Manager will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering all Baller League USA events, including league matchdays, launches, sponsor activations, fan-facing experiences, finals, and other special occasions. This position calls for a highly organised professional who can solve problems quickly and has a background in high-profile live sport or entertainment events delivered in demanding, fast-moving environments. The role works closely with Operations, Production, Commercial Partnerships, Broadcast, Venue Management, and outside suppliers to make sure each event is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a top production standard.
Key Responsibilities
The position covers full event delivery, supplier coordination, matchday oversight, safety planning, budgeting, administration, and close collaboration with internal teams and commercial partners.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Miami, Florida. The role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
What the Team Is Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing complex live events, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
Preferred Background
Experience in arena or stadium event management is considered an advantage, along with familiarity with broadcast operations, live television needs, and working with athletes, creators, influencers, and VIP talent.
