Role Overview
The Factory Manager will supervise the production of powder-based products such as adhesives and mortars while ensuring the plant runs efficiently and consistently. The position calls for ownership of production planning, quality standards, raw material usage, workforce coordination, maintenance, workplace safety, and cost management.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for keeping day-to-day factory operations running smoothly, ensuring that production targets are met and finished goods are dispatched on time.
