Role overview
Meta is hiring a seasoned Finance Operations Manager to join the APAC Revenue Operations team in Singapore. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and functional specialist across order-to-cash, revenue risk and controls, and financial governance for the APAC region. The position calls for strong analytical judgment, practical problem-solving, and the ability to lead high-impact initiatives from concept through execution while shaping regional input into global process and tooling decisions.
What you will do
- Build and reinforce internal control frameworks across revenue operations to support SOX readiness, audit preparedness, and broader risk management as the function expands into governance and strategy.
- Evaluate revenue-related exposure across APAC markets and develop practical ways to reduce and manage those risks.
- Advise on credit and collections policies, along with the operating controls needed to support them.
- Take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of APAC markets and/or business lines, covering revenue operations performance, credit exposure, collections status, and client risk profiles.
- Track portfolio KPIs, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and use data to improve working capital results.
- Serve as the main owner for portfolio financial health by coordinating billing, credit, collections, and cash application activities, including issue escalation and resolution.
- Partner closely with sales, legal, policy, tax, and controllership teams to resolve issues related to revenue, billing, credit, collections, and compliance.
- Promote process efficiency and business growth through new technology, including predictive dashboards, analytics, machine learning, and robotic process automation.
- Drive change efforts tied to new regulatory requirements across APAC in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance.
