FM Program Manager - Qassim

Role Overview

This position calls for a Facility Management Program Manager to oversee and improve facilities operations in Qassim. The role focuses on running day-to-day site services, aligning facility initiatives with business priorities, and ensuring the workplace remains compliant, efficient, and cost-effective.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and execute facility management initiatives that support business objectives and stay within approved budgets.
• Direct everyday facility operations, covering upkeep of building systems and infrastructure.
• Handle vendor partnerships and make sure service delivery remains reliable, high-quality, and economical.
• Build and monitor the facility budget while spotting opportunities to reduce costs.
• Maintain adherence to applicable regulations, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
• Lead facility-related projects and ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Promote sustainability efforts, including measures that improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.
• Guide, support, and develop the facilities team to sustain strong performance.

Required Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is needed.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in facility management or a comparable position is expected.
• Strong capability in leading teams and managing people effectively.
• Solid project management skills, including experience handling large or complex initiatives.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Buraydah, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia.
