Role overview

The company is looking for a Founder's Aide who will keep the founder’s schedule, communications, and operating tempo under control. This is a high-trust role centered on making sure things move quickly and nothing important slips through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the investor pipeline from initial outreach through closure, including drafting messages, de-duplicating contacts, following up, scheduling, and maintaining CRM cleanliness.
  • Handle the customer pipeline with the same level of precision and responsiveness.
  • Track advisor, team, and partner conversations so the founder stays ahead of ongoing discussions.
  • Own the founder’s calendar, inbox, and reporting workflows, including catching items that are likely to be missed.
