Freelance Graphic Designer

Overview

This freelance assignment is for a commercial architectural scheme made up of two five-storey suite blocks with a covered courtyard. The work is in the early planning and research stage, and the designer will help define the visual story used in client-facing presentations and stakeholder communications. The role is remote, with the possibility of additional projects later depending on performance and fit.

What you will create

• Original visual ideas and presentation graphics tailored to the architectural project.
• High-quality renderings, diagrams, and supporting visuals that clearly express the design direction.
• Presentation-ready artwork for meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Final digital files in the formats required by the project team, prepared to specification.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the project team to improve and refine visual outputs.
• Respond to feedback and adjust materials efficiently during the design process.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in graphic design for architecture or real estate projects.
• A portfolio that demonstrates relevant visual concepts and presentation graphics.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus architectural visualization software.
• Ability to read architectural plans and convert them into engaging visual presentations.
• Clear communication, a sharp eye for detail, and comfort working remotely.
• Capacity to meet deadlines, work independently, and incorporate feedback constructively.
