Role overview
This position is centered on managing front-office operations while also taking ownership of the CRM environment used across the business. The role combines customer-facing leadership with process control, reporting, and coordination across sales, leasing, marketing, and management teams. It is based in Ajman, UAE.
Core duties
- Administer the company CRM to keep records accurate, complete, and effectively used by the team.
- Run day-to-day CRM activities, including workflow handling, lead tracking, client communication, and reporting.
- Lead, guide, and support the reception and customer service staff so service quality remains consistently high.
- Receive clients, visitors, and potential buyers in a professional manner and ensure a positive first impression.
- Track lead assignment, follow-up actions, and conversion progress within the CRM.
- Create and execute CRM practices that strengthen engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare CRM dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for management review.
- Work closely with sales, leasing, marketing, and leadership teams to improve customer experience and business workflows.
- Make sure all customer interactions and records are properly logged in the CRM.
- Train staff on CRM usage, best practices, and internal procedures.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and recommend enhancements to CRM functionality and customer service operations.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and speed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements at all times.
Required qualifications and experience
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of CRM management experience within the real estate sector. Practical, hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Property Finder CRM, Bitrix24, or an equivalent platform is mandatory.

Working schedule
The workweek runs from Sunday to Thursday, with 9 working hours per day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Location requirement
Candidates should already be based in Ajman or be willing to relocate there.
