Job Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role starting at $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to move up to $17.00 per hour after achieving Tech Level III. The position also includes bonuses and overtime pay.

What You’ll Do

• Set up safety posts and rails to reduce hazards at job locations
• Log inventory and complete job closeouts using electronic devices
• Coordinate with dispatch to improve routing and scheduling efficiency
• Operate and care for company work trucks according to standards

Support and Growth

The company provides OSHA training, the tools needed to perform the work, and company trucks for travel to and from job sites. Team members are encouraged to build a long-term future in the safety field, with a workplace culture centered on growth, accountability, and development.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay progression is structured by technician level: Tech I earns $15 per hour, Tech II earns $16 per hour, and Tech III earns $17 per hour. Additional benefits include seven paid holidays, two weeks of paid time off (10 days) accrued during the first year, medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, and a 401(k) match of up to 4% after one year. Weekends and holidays are off.

Requirements

• Comfort using mobile apps and digital tools
• Valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-moving, varied team environment
• Readiness to stay on the job until tasks are fully completed
