The Role

This position focuses on utilizing our existing AI agents to drive marketing and growth initiatives at an unprecedented pace. You will be responsible for building and managing the demand generation engine for Skyler ONE, translating our rapid development capabilities into tangible user acquisition and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead the launch of Skyler ONE, encompassing positioning, messaging, campaign strategy, and the Free to Pro conversion narrative.
• Develop AI-assisted marketing workflows, including content creation, campaign execution, and customer education, by operating our agent fleet rather than manual processes.
• Manage customer-facing messaging and the marketing website, ensuring all communications accurately reflect our product capabilities.
• Conduct experiments for outbound strategies and funnel optimization, rigorously analyzing data to distinguish meaningful insights from vanity metrics.
• Integrate market feedback and customer language directly into the product development cycle.

What We're Looking For

• A seasoned growth and marketing professional with demonstrated experience using AI agents to produce high-volume, high-quality marketing output. We value practical application over theoretical opinions on AI.
• Proficiency across the entire marketing funnel, from top-funnel positioning to bottom-funnel conversion and customer lifecycle management. You should be comfortable acting as the sole marketing function initially.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to guide AI agents toward on-brand, impactful content while identifying and refining generic AI-generated text.
• Proven experience in launching products, preferably within the B2B SaaS or sales tooling sectors.

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing to or selling to sales teams and revenue organizations.
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing/email automation, SEO/content strategy, paid advertising experimentation, and basic design or directing design agents.

Location & Team

This is a remote position. However, candidates located in New York, Sweden, or Dubai are preferred to facilitate overlapping working hours. You will join a small, fast-paced, founder-led team.
