Role summary
Walmart is hiring a full-time Human Resources associate for its Supercenter in Indian Trail, North Carolina. In this role, you will support store leadership with core people operations such as recruiting, hiring, staffing, training, succession planning, scheduling, attendance management, and performance-related support. The position focuses on identifying HR-related concerns and helping put company HR programs and initiatives into practice.
Compensation
The role pays an hourly wage of $20 to $33. In addition to base pay, associates may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed, premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply, and more than one premium can be earned when the qualifying conditions are met. The hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location.
Work schedule and location
This is a full-time onsite position. Available shifts include opening and morning shifts. The workplace is Walmart Supercenter #3700, 2101 Younts Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079, US.
