Role Summary

As a Human Resources associate, you will work closely with store leadership to support key people processes such as recruiting, hiring, staffing, employee development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. The role involves spotting HR-related concerns, reviewing them carefully, and helping drive the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $33. The pay rate will be at or above the minimum wage required for the job location. Depending on the situation, you may also receive premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can vary based on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, and more than one premium may apply if multiple conditions are met. In addition, annual or quarterly performance-based incentive pay may be available.
